The winner’s new site will be fully custom-designed in Squarespace (by me, a top Squarespace expert!). The site will have up to 5 unique pages, which typically include a Home, Contact, and three others of the winner’s choice.

The winner can mix and match from popular options like About, Services, Portfolio, Testimonials, Blog, Gallery, Careers, Pricing, etc.

Each site includes all the essentials: contact form setup, domain connection (domain not included), and an SSL certificate (secure site).

As part of the process, I’ll provide AI-written draft copy for all pages (winner is welcome to edit or replace it), photo sourcing, and light Photoshop edits to make sure all visuals look cohesive.

Once the first version of the website is complete, the winner will get two full rounds of edits to make sure it’s perfect. After launch, the winner also receives two months of post-launch support (up to two hours per month) for things like minor updates, troubleshooting, or refresher questions. They will also receive a personalized screencast video walking them through how to make edits on their own.

The first year of Squarespace hosting is completely covered. That’s a $276 value! This ensures the winner’s site stays live and secure while they build their audience and brand that first year.

To keep things streamlined, the custom website will not include ecommerce functionality, member logins, or online courses. However, the website will be set up in a way that makes it easy to add those features later.

To officially claim their free website, the winner will need to schedule a kickoff call within 2 months of winning.

From there, the website design will be completed within a month, and the winner will have an additional two months max for review and edits before the final launch.

To make sure the winner’s new site truly represents their brand, here’s what they need to have ready before we begin:

• Basic brand details: business name, logo, and a short description of what they do. (If they don’t have a logo yet, no problem! I can use a simple text treatment for now.)

• Domain: they will need to own a domain (preferably purchased through GoDaddy or Squarespace). They typically cost about $12–$20/year. I’ll handle connecting it once we’re ready to launch and I’m also happy to guide you in the purchasing process.

• AI copy feedback: I’ll draft the site’s text using AI (since I’m a designer, not a copywriter!), but the winner will be responsible for reviewing it and making sure it accurately reflects their business and tone. They can also provide their own copy if preferred!

• Photos: the winner is welcome to provide their own photos, or I can source and lightly edit stock photos that match the brand.

• Timely communication: the winner will need to schedule the kickoff call within 2 months of winning and be available to review their site and provide feedback during the 2-month edit window.

This will be a fun and collaborative process! I’ll handle the heavy lifting, but having the winner’s input and decisions ready when needed makes all the difference :)
